MACHINE OPERATOR/SNOWPLOW DRIVER

Lakeland Landscaping is currently seeking reliable, experienced snowplow drivers and machine operators to join our team for the winter season. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating snowplow trucks and other snow removal equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the removal of ice and snow from commercial and HOA locations.
• Operate a snowplow truck and other equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and sidewalks
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and kept in good working order
• Transport salt to various locations as required
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Available on call 24/7
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating a snowplow truck
• Ability to work long hours in cold and challenging weather conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Candidate must be able to work at any time and for long hours.

This is a Part-Time, “On Call” position for when snow removal services are required.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Compensation based on experience.
