Our family at Lakeland is well educated and knowledgeable particularly with plants, our true passion. Having studied different plants from under the microscope to large specimen trees we have a good understanding of what works best with the different environments we have to work within. We choose plant material suitable for your application, whether it is by color, texture, hardiness and of course deer susceptibility. We pride ourselves on using unique cultivars that are uncommon in the landscape. We have our own private nursery where we have all types of trees, shrubs, perennials and annuals. We use mostly local grown material in the landscape that is already well adapted to our climate and environment. Whether it is English Formal, Ornamental or Perennial, we can design a specialty garden for you.
